Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We accept no liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly. Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 10 working days.
